Teen Sewers!

Our teen sewers look pretty happy with their Linden Sweatshirt (from Grainline Studio) makes! They've made theirs as cosy jersey tops & couldn't wait to try them on!

It's a really versatile pattern, with clear simple instructions & comes together easily.

I can't decide which one I like best, cos our fabrics look so gorgeous!!

Actually, I think it's the shirt, as I know how silky smooth, that Art Gallery Fabrics cotton feels!

Bra strapping tested!

Well, the 12mm bra strapping works perfectly, on this variation of Simplicity 8228!  I've omitted the racer back and back lining, to give a sheer lace look with simple straps.  We keep this Simplicity Madalynne bralette 8228 & 8229 bra patterns in stock, along with most of the supplies (just waiting on those bra findings!).

Bra Making Supplies

We've just got some lovely new wide stretch laces in! From 6" to 9" wide and our black & white power nets have arrived for linings. Just trying to find a good nude colour!  

Also we've got some white & black bra strapping in, again just waiting on sliders, rings, channelling & hook/eye fasteners!

So cool!

Another clever customer, came in to show us her make! Our co-ordinating cotton jerseys, look so neat in this tunic/pinafore!

Kid's Club Florals

We had a fun time on Saturday, making felt flower brooches & hair ties.  Lots of bright colours, buttons & beads to cheer up a dull rainy morning!
