Well, I have been through the lease with the solicitor, as I didn't understand some/most of the terms!
There are a couple of amendments to be made, my name spelling one of them!
We are looking for an opening date of mid-September, got to fit in a summer hol first and time for more stock to arrive.
Things are definitely progressing, the toilet is no longer in the centre of the shop floor (I do peer in regularly/or send my spies!), flooring is in the shop (admittedly just in a pile!) and the estate agent has been to change his sign!!
