New Feet!

I have purchased 2 new feet for the shop machine and given it a new lease of life!

Freemotion embroidery - my handwriting is far neater with a machine than a pen! And

Concealed zipper - a miracle product!

Both for use, when hiring the machine and on workshops!

Baker's Twine

There is something very appealing about red & white baker's twine, maybe it's the many uses or the fact it's 100% cotton. Any way I've bought some for the workshops and the shop - 10p a metre shouldn't break the bank!

Speaking of 100% cotton, we also have a large piece of natural cotton wadding, unwashed & unbleached, which I am going to cut into a metre width. So after a little maths (American, so it came in inches!), it'll be £8.25/m (or however much you want - no minimum here!)

Mixed delivery!

Bit of a mixture - hessian, white cotton poplin, Gutermann textile glue, metal cover buttons & olive wood toggles!!

Long time coming...

I've only had my Janome machine for 16 years and just discovered I can drop the feed dogs and buy a free embroidery foot for it!!!  Oh well, it's got a new lease of life and I've also bought a concealed zipper foot.  So, when they arrive, you can rent the shop machine and give them a try!
